I hadn’t worked out in years and my friend told me about Crossfit. I was a little nervous to start because I thought it was something that I would not be able to. Boy, was I wrong! I have been doing Crossfit for over a year now and I love it! My body has completely transformed, I’m stronger, I look better (especially naked), and I feel great. The coaches and other members at CFHCC are the best. They always made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to succeed. I recently moved out of state and I am still doing Crossfit, (although paying a lot more). Thanks CFHCC for everything!!
This gym’s atmosphere is awesome, it’s a combination of great coaching and exercising alongside motivating athletes. They are able to scale any workout needed and provide affordable pricing too! I would recommend this CrossFit hands down if you’re looking for a gym in the area.
I have been doing CrossFit for 5 years now and I have been a member at 3 different gyms. I love being a member here because the classes are smaller and you get more attention from the coaches. I have achieved more results working with Matt, Courtney, TJ and AJ than I did elsewhere. I recently had a baby and I worked out the entire time that I was pregnant. The coaches scaled all the workouts for me each day and they all checked on my throughout the WOD to make sure that I was doing ok. I have been doing Crossfit for over 3 years and I love it. I was working out at any Crossfit gym and I recently switched over the Crossfit because I had heard that they have great coaches and a strong competitors program. I was actually following their programing for the past year and would do their routines during open gym days at my old gym. I am 45 years old and I joined CrossFit about a year ago because I was not seeing any results working out in a regular gym. I had a personal trainer, which was costing me over $250 a month plus my gym membership. I had a friend who was doing Crossfit and she had lost 30 lbs. and she looked great, so I gave it a try. I have been doing CrossFit for a couple of month now and I feel great! I’m definitely seeing results in my strength and my cardio. Having the other members motivate each other is what pushes me to work harder. I couldn’t do it without the help of the Coaches, they’re great.
