Coach Matt has been committed to physical fitness all of his life. He became involved in CrossFit over 7 years ago because he was looking for a workout program that took physical fitness to “the next level”. Pushing people to become stronger both mentally and physically.
Matt, (formerly of CrossFit 03), opened CrossFit HCC named after the Marine Corps MOS of values of Honor, Commitment and Courage. Matt believes in the CF Program and wanted to be part of bringing hardcore fitness to his members. “As the Head Coach, I commit to our athletes that we will provide the motivation, energy and resources that you need to succeed and accomplish something that you probably didn’t think was possible. I believe that CrossFit is not just a better workout, it’s a better life!. I feel very fortunate to be able to do something that I truly believe in. Whether I am coaching competitive athletes or people of all different ages and fitness levels, I get to coach some amazing people and I enjoy guiding them through their journey to better fitness, a greater sense of confidence and better health. I especially find it very rewarding to work with people who are entering the box for the first time. If your goal is to ultimately feel better, look better and perform at a higher level, CF HCC is for you.”
Matt’s work ethic was honed in the United States Marine Corps, where he served for four years with 2nd Battalion, 8th Marines. Matt believes that hard work, dedication, commitment and teamwork will help CF HCC athletes realize their potential and create an enjoyable and rewarding experience in the CF gym.
