I have been doing Crossfit for over 3 years and I love it. I was working out at any Crossfit gym and I recently switched over the Crossfit because I had heard that they have great coaches and a strong competitors program. I was actually following their programing for the past year and would do their routines during open gym days at my old gym. I had previously plateaued, but since I joined Crossfit I have PR’s 6 times in the past 3 months. Thanks coaches, you guys are great!
